Professor to Discuss Kabbalistic Language

Arthur Green, professor of Jewish thought at
Brandeis University, will present a lecture on “The Mystic as Symbol
Maker: Reflections on Aspects of Kabbalistic Language.”

The lecture will be held on Tuesday, March 14 at 7 p.m. in room
124 of Herring Hall at Rice University. Green’s talk marks the
inauguration of the Anna Smith Fine Chair in Judaic Studies at Rice.
