BAKER CONFERENCE TO FEATURE DISTINGUISHED PANELISTS
Distinguished national and international
statesmen, scholars and journalists will participate in the
inaugural Annual Conference of the James A. Baker III Institute for
Public Policy at Rice University scheduled for Nov. 13-14.
The panel discussions will be moderated by Marvin Kalb of the
John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
The inaugural Annual Conference will consist of three panel
discussions:

On Monday, Nov. 13, 1995, the first Enron Prize for
Distinguished Public Service, made possible by a gift to The Baker
Institute from Houston-based Enron Corp., will be awarded to an
outstanding American.
