NOBEL LAUREATE CURL’S LECTURE TO BE ON REALAUDIO

An online recording of the President’s Lecture
Series program featuring Nobel laureate and Rice Professor of Chemistry Robert
Curl will be available on the World Wide Web at http://realaudio.rice.edu within five
minutes of the conclusion of his talk tonight.

Curl will begin speaking at approximately 8 p.m. tonight, March 25, in the
Grand Hall of the Rice Memorial Center. To listen to the speeches online, you
must use “RealAudio Player,” a free downloadable software.

The site http://realaudio.rice.edu is
now active and contains a link to the Web page from which RealAudio Player can
be downloaded. With the RealAudio Player installed on your computer, simply
click on the Curl link located at . The file will
begin “streaming” or sending the speech to your computer.
