Stop By Art Gallery on Museum District Day
As part of the Rice University Art Gallery’s celebration of Museum District Day,
the Marching Owl Band will give a special performance on the Gallery Plaza at
3:30 p.m. President Malcolm Gillis will introduce the MOB and give welcoming remarks.
Sammy the Owl will be on hand for photo opportunities.
Visitors can watch as Stephen Keene paints in the gallery all day and can preview
work that will be on sale on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
