Head of Bloomberg Financial Markets to Lecture

Michael R. Bloomberg, CEO and founder of Bloomberg Financial Markets, will speak at the Jesse H. Jones School of Management on Sept. 27.
The program is from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. in Room 124 of Herring Hall, with a reception following.
Bloomberg founded his New York-based financial markets information company in 1981 after turning an initial order for 20 terminals into a reported $1 billion-a-year multimedia news and information empire.
The company provides multimedia, analytical and news services to more than 112,000 terminals at investment and securities firms worldwide, operates 80 news bureaus around the world and has more than 5,000 employees.
