The Rice Alliance
for Technology and Entrepreneurship will host an Innovation
Concept Forum Jan. 27 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at McMurtry
Auditorium, Anne and Charles Duncan Hall.

The forum offers
an opportunity for member of the Rice community to introduce
innovative business concepts to venture capitalists, investment
bankers and entrepreneurs.

Bob Stearns,
partner, Sternhill Partners, will be the keynote speaker.
He will speak on “Myths, Legends and a Little Reality
— Today’s Venture Market.”

Five innovation
concepts, or business concepts, will be presented, followed
by a panel discussion. The event also will include networking
opportunities through breakout sessions and lunch.

Admission for
