In an article about trading in the natural gas markets, Vincent Kaminski, adjunct associate professor in the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management, said, ”Most financial institutions are reluctant to invest in the big back offices that support physical trading.”

An article reported on a plan by a statewide coalition of educators that would provide free preschool for children of families with low and moderate incomes. Alvin Tarlov, senior fellow in health policy at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy and co-author of the plan, said, ”This idea would deliver not only a return on education itself but a ripple effect on all elements of society.”

An article discussed the current role of religion in politics.
