Astronaut to speak at Baker Institute Nov. 2

NASA astronaut Michael Foale will speak on “Americans and Russians Working Together in Space” Nov. 2 at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy.
Foale has flown on six space flights on both the U.S. space shuttle and the Russian Soyuz spacecraft. He has spent more than 374 days in space and made four space walks. On his most recent flight, which lasted six months, he commanded the Expedition-8 crew to the International Space Station.
The talk will be held at 6 p.m. at the Kelly International Conference Facility in James A. Baker III Hall. It will be followed by a reception.
