Books on the Bayou discussion

The Rice community is invited to a discussion of Rudolfo Anaya’s “Bless Me, Ultima,” Houston’s selection for this year’s Books on the Bayou citywide reading. Jose Aranda, associate professor of English and chair of the Department of Hispanic Studies, will lead the discussion at Fondren Library’s Lovett Lounge, 4-5 p.m. Oct. 10.
