Rice student-athletes help kids with fundraiser

More than 55 Rice student- athletes volunteered last weekend at the Marathon Kids event held at the Rice track and soccer stadium. Children from kindergarten through grade 5 representing schools in Houston Independent School District and several other local districts participated to raise money for Type 2 diabetes research.
