Potential Owls scout out Rice

For the past three
weeks, the Sallyport served as the gathering spot on Monday mornings
for high school seniors who have been admitted to Rice but have not
made their final college decision. The Office of Admission and the
Student Admission Council hosted Owl Days to give these students a
chance to stay overnight in the residential colleges, attend classes,
meet students and professors and learn more about what Rice has to
offer. Nearly 500 high school students participated in the Owl Days
program, formerly called “Owls Weekend.”
