Parking rates increase slightly, more employees eligible for discount

In July, Rice faculty and staff will see the smallest increase in parking rates in several years — 4 percent — and the pool of employees eligible for discounted parking fees will grow to include those making $35,000 or less per year, up from the previous cap of $25,000.
