Ice sculpture and appetizer demo at March 4 brown-bag event

Chef Roger Elkhouri will demonstrate how to make appetizers,
and Chef Ben Fonbuena will exhibit his skills in creating ice
sculptures at the next brown-bag event.

Members of the Rice community are invited to the event, which will be held at noon March 4 at the North Servery.

The event is sponsored by the Staff Advisory Committee and Staff Development Committee.
