‘From Art to Heart’ on display at Farnsworth Pavilion
Rice’s Farnsworth Pavilion is hosting “From Art to
Heart,” a photography exhibit showcasing the work of Save a Child’s Heart
(SACH). The exhibit, brought to Rice by SACH Executive Director David Litwack,
presents images of some of the more than 2,000 children from around the world
whose lives have been saved by the organization.
SACH is an Israeli-based international humanitarian
organization that aims to improve the quality of pediatric cardiac care for
children from developing countries where needed heart surgery is unobtainable.
The exhibit will be on display through Jan. 15.
