French trade minister to speak at Baker Institute on bilateral commerce

Some economists see a pickup in global trade as a key to pulling out of the worldwide recession. Anne-Marie Idrac, French minister of state for foreign trade, will discuss bilateral trade between the United States and France May 4 at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy.
