Two employees win gift cards for participating in Best Places to Work survey

Tina Wilson, a custodian in Facilities, Engineering and Planning, and Tracey Rhoades, editorial director in Public Affairs, were chosen this week as the winners of the “Best Places to Work” Target gift card raffle.

Wilson and Rhoades were among the more than 500 faculty and staff who completed the Houston Business Journal’s 2010 Best Places to Work survey last month. Any employee who completed the survey was eligible to enter the raffle.

Rice hopes to be named one of Houston’s Best Places to Work for the fifth year in a row when the results are released this summer. At that time, Rice will also receive a summary of employee feedback, which provides valuable information about what is important to Rice staff and faculty.
