FAMIS work order portal to be unavailable Oct. 29-Nov. 2

The Facilities Engineering and Planning FAMIS portal, http://famisweb.rice.edu, will undergo maintenance for a system-version upgrade beginning 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29. The system will be unavailable for campus use through 8 a.m. Nov. 2. Service requests during this time will be handled directly through the Facilities Service Center at 713-348-2485 or fsc@rice.edu. Once back online, the portal will look and operate in the same manner with which users are familiar.

This maintenance will not impact work orders or service requests that are entered into the system prior to 5 p.m. Oct. 29.
