Rice political scientists to be in-studio TV analysts on
Election Day

Rice University political scientists Mark Jones and Bob
Stein will be in-studio experts offering analysis of election-night results of
the governor’s race, Houston referendums and national House and Senate races
Nov. 2.

Jones, the Joseph D. Jamail Chair in Latin American Studies,
professor and chair of political science and fellow in political science at the
James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy, will appear on Houston’s Fox 26
beginning at 9 p.m. and offer commentary throughout the night.

Stein, the Lena Gohlman Fox Professor of Political Science,
will be live on Houston’s KHOU-TV 11 (CBS) beginning at 5 p.m. and throughout
the evening. Stein will also appear on KHOU’s morning news Nov. 3.
