Rice MBAs and undergrads offer plans to improve global health
Engineering and business collaboration spurs new technologies

Teams of Rice University MBA and undergraduate engineering students will present their business plans for appropriate health technologies developed at Rice from 6 to 9 p.m. Dec. 7 in McNair Hall’s Shell Auditorium. A keynote address will be offered by Chloe Feinberg, senior “intrapreneur” for Ashoka, the global association of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs. The event is free and open to the public.

The business plans, created by teams of Rice MBAs and engineering students, are for new health technologies designed by students in Beyond Traditional Borders, the undergraduate initiative of Rice 360
