Plan winners to ring NASDAQ Closing Bell

At 4 p.m. today, Brad Burke, managing director of the Rice Alliance for Technology and
Entrepreneurship, and winners of the 2011 Rice Business Plan Competition will visit
NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City’s Times Square and ring the Closing Bell.
