LifeWorks: Motivate

Are you looking to make changes in your life but can’t seem to get started or make it stick? Whether you’re hoping to get more exercise, go back to school, stop procrastinating, finish a project or become more organized, it can be hard to adopt new habits, make positive changes in your life and stay connected.  LifeWorks — a service available to Rice employees as part of the university’s benefits program — can help.

In a new podcast, “Get Motivated,” health writer Linda Wasmer Andrews shares insights and talks about how she stays motivated in her personal and work life. You can also check out her LifeWorks blog, “Feeling Good,” where Andrews shares well-being tips and news twice a week.
