Building Rice Centennial House

April 21 was “Rice Day” at the Rice Centennial House, and students, faculty, staff, alumni and other friends of Rice volunteered to lend a hand at the construction site in Houston’s Greater Fifth Ward. Rice Habitat for Humanity is building the house as a community project in honor of Rice University’s 100th anniversary. Pictured on-site at 1706 Capron St. are (from left) Y.
