Rice architecture experts to be on PBS Friday night

“The Art of Architecture,” an introductory film about the best of Houston architecture, will air at 8:30 p.m. April 27 on KUHT, Channel 8. The film features Rice School of Architecture’s dean, Sarah Whiting, the William Ward Watkin Professor of Architecture; Carlos Jimenez, a professor of architecture; and historian Stephen Fox, a lecturer in architecture. Also interviewed are Linda Sylvan, executive director of the Rice Design Alliance, and Raj Mankad, editor of Cite Magazine.
