More than 30 Rice students, faculty, staff and alumni participated in Rice University’s float in the Houston LGBT Pride Parade Saturday night. The float featured a poster of alumna/Houston Mayor Annise Parker ’78 with the heading “Today’s students, tomorrow’s leaders” and also promoted Rice’s centennial.
