50 years ago a promise made, a promise kept: going to the moon

George Abbey, the Baker Botts Senior Fellow in Space Policy at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, and alumnus Paul Burka ’63 are quoted in the first Houston Chronicle article.
