Fabiola Currarino joined the Jones Graduate School of Business as the new executive director of the Career Management Center Dec. 3.
Currarino brings a wealth of experience to her new position. Most recently, she served as associate director in the Career Development Office at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, where she contributed to its success with professional development and placement. “We considered many great candidates from the graduate management education industry and corporate hiring domain,” said Sean Ferguson ’01, assistant dean for degree programs at the Jones School. “Fabiola’s prior achievements at a Top 5 business school and her vision for our Career Management Center gives us great confidence that we will be able to continue to better position our students and alumni for professional success. We are excited and fortunate to have Fabiola as part of the team.”
Businessweek recently ranked the Jones School’s 2012 job placement percentage sixth in the nation.
“I am grateful for the opportunity and excited to join the Jones School and the Career Management Center,” Currarino said. “The CMC has been delivering extraordinary results and has been providing great service to the students, employers and the Jones School community. I am looking forward to working with the team and building on this momentum.”
