Horsing around

Students in Visual and Dramatic Arts Professor Karin Broker’s Life Drawing class had the unique opportunity last week to draw officers and horses of the Houston Police Department Mounted Patrol. Two horses — Ellie Mae Cabot, a Belgian Draft, and Sam, a gray quarter horse, grazed on the grasses in Founder’s Court as the students captured their likenesses.
