Company sees opening for OER
In a sign of continuing evolution in the college textbook market, an unlikely partnership was announced between Wiley, an industry leader, and Rice University-based OpenStax College, a newcomer from the "open education resources" movement. Richard Baraniuk, the Victor E. Cameron Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering and founder of OpenStax, is quoted in the Information Week and University Business articles.

Falklands sovereignty referendum moves forward, Argentina rejects validity of Malvinas plebiscite
Mark Jones, the Joseph D.
