Big night for Rice student art April 18

The Department of Visual and Dramatic Arts is gearing up for a big night April 18 when it will unveil the 50th annual student art exhibit and senior exhibition, which will be on view through May 11. The Rice community is invited to attend the opening and other related events that evening.

The schedule of events for April 18 is:

6 p.m. — Undergraduate exhibition, Visual and Dramatic Arts Main Gallery, Rice Media Center.

6:30 p.m. — Undergraduate awards ceremony, Visual and Dramatic Arts Main Gallery, Rice Media Center.

7:08 p.m. — Flicks (student films), Rice Cinema, Rice Media Center.

8 p.m. — Senior exhibition, open studios on the fourth floor of Sewall Hall.
