Rice to create lab to study brain damage with $1.5 million grant
With a $1.5 million grant from the T.L.L. Temple Foundation, Rice University will create a lab that will be the first in the Texas Medical Center to study brain functions following a stroke, epilepsy or traumatic brain injury. Randi Martin, the Elma Schneider Professor of Psychology, is quoted.

Mexico steps up pricey LNG imports on lack of pipelines
