Rice University faculty and students are using Play-Doh and microprocessors to inspire the next generation of scientists in the Houston area.
The ConocoPhillips Rice Elementary Model Science Lab provides teachers with programs and experiments designed to spark the interest of elementary school-age children.
The program targets science teachers who have the potential to become leaders on their campuses.
