Rice to introduce next athletics director at news conference Monday morning

HOUSTON — (Sept. 8, 2013) — Rice University President David Leebron will introduce the school’s next athletics director at a news conference at 11 a.m. Sept. 9 in the R Room at Rice Stadium.

WHO:             Athletics director, President Leebron and other university officials.

WHAT:           News conference to announce next athletics director.

WHEN:          11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9.

WHERE:        R Room, Rice Stadium on the campus of Rice University, 6100 Main St.

Media should park on the apron area outside Gate 4 at Rice Stadium; parking inside the stadium is restricted.

Due to space constraints, the news conference is not open to the public.
