Rice University students and alumni interested in exploring new career and internship opportunities are invited to attend the annual Career and Internship Expo Sept. 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Gibbs Recreation and Wellness Center.
The event is hosted by Rice’s Center for Career Development (CCD) and the Jones Graduate School of Business’ Career Management Center.
The expo will include nearly 140 employers from throughout the Houston area and the U.S. A full list of employers is available at http://bit.ly/1e6x3Le.
“This week’s Career Expo will be the largest ever,” said Nicole Van Den Heuvel, director of Rice’s CCD. “For employers, it’s a time- and cost-effective way to source Rice talent. For students, it’s a great venue to explore career and internship opportunities. We invite all undergraduate, graduate students and recent alumni to attend, and we expect that we will exceed 1,000 participants.”
The expo is free, but students are required to show Rice identification for admission. For more information, visit http://ccd.rice.edu/expo.
