David Medina, director of multicultural community relations in the Office of Public Affairs, was invited by Houston Mayor Annise Parker ’78 to serve on Houston’s Arts and Cultural Plan Advisory Committee. In light of the city’s growing diversity, the committee will help identify the types of arts and cultural investments that have a broad appeal to the community.
