From Jamaica to the Houston suburbs, Will Rice College senior Petra Constable has seen the scenery change during the course of her life. One thing that hasn’t changed is her outgoing personality. In fact one of her friends described Petra as a N.A.R.P. (short for not a real person). The Biochemistry and Cell Biology major hopes to become a doctor one day after completing her degree at Rice.
