Rice’s women’s Ultimate Frisbee team, Torque, took second place at the 2016 USA Ultimate Division III College Championships in Winston-Salem, N.C., May 21-22. The team, which made it to the finals for the third consecutive year, was bested by Carleton College. Torque won the national championship in 2014 and 2015.
