Get the flu shot, not the flu

The four-strain flu shot is available for all benefits-eligible Rice faculty, staff and retirees at no charge. Non-benefit-eligible faculty, staff, spouses and domestic partners can get the flu shot for $36 (check or money order payable to Rice University). Flu shots will be available Nov. 1 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Rice University Police Station and Nov. 3 and 4 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Farnsworth Pavilion. No appointment is necessary.
