BSA, RASA and HACER host receptions for incoming students

Rice University’s Black Student Association (BSA), in collaboration with the Rice African Student Association (RASA), and the Hispanic Association for Cultural Enrichment at Rice hosted receptions to welcome new students at the start of O-Week.
