The larger-than-life black-and-white drawings that dominated the downstairs student studio at the Moody Center for the Arts this semester were displayed in their finished form at a soiree April 18. The work of nine students in the Drawing Studio class taught by Karin Broker, professor of printmaking and drawing, was also available for sale. Artists Tara Akdora, Molly Hurley, Priyanka Jain, Philippine Kugener, Tejas Kumar, Koeun Lee, Cindy Nguyen, Helen Sharpless and Jo Zhang visited with guests, who enjoyed light bites and refreshments while they mingled at the Moody.
