Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) has given a Ralph E. Powe Junior Faculty Enhancement Award to Meng Li, the Noah Harding Assistant Professor of Statistics. The award provides seed money for research by junior faculty at ORAU member institutions and is intended to enrich the research and professional growth of young faculty. Li is the first Rice scientist in 10 years to receive the honor.
