President Leebron hosts hearty Texas welcome for new students at barbecue

Big plates of brisket and baked beans greeted incoming Rice students at the annual O-Week barbecue hosted by President David Leebron and University Representative Y. Ping Sun Aug. 13 at their home. Leebron posed for selfies with the students while Sun visited each table along with daughter Katherine Mei Leebron and dog Tex.
