BIOC 300 board game

Will Rice College sophomore Talha Arif and Sid Richardson College sophomore Hasham Dhakwala built a fully functional board game — “The Biological Game of Life: Round the World Edition” — for their last day of BIOC 300: Paradigms in Biochemistry and Cell Biology. Other students employed their creative skills to present everything from poetry slams and song parodies to a round of “Jeopardy!” complete with a hummed rendition of the Final Jeopardy tune for what professor Elizabeth Eich calls her “favorite day of class.” (Photo by Katharine Shilcutt)
