Texas House resolution recognizes Rice’s Baker Institute

The Texas House of Representatives recently recognized Rice’s Baker Institute for Public Policy and its 25th anniversary in 2018 with the reading and floor recognition of a commemorative resolution introduced by Rep. Sarah Davis, R-West University Place. The resolution outlines the institute’s history, describing its research programs and many notable speakers throughout the years. It also highlights the institute’s contributions to policy discussions at the state, national and global levels.
