McNair Center’s Rabb and Greater Houston Partnership’s Harvey talk business in the city

Jennifer Rabb, right, director and fellow of the McNair Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth at Rice’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, joined Bob Harvey, president and CEO of the Greater Houston Partnership, for a conversation June 11 on the leading market indicators impacting Greater Houston. Rabb, an attorney who previously served as a tax policy adviser in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Texas, highlighted the local and state tax environment for businesses.
