Mitzvah Marathon lights up campus

The fourth annual Mitzvah Marathon Feb. 25 made a sunny day even brighter, as Rice community members stopped by a booth to perform “mitzvahs,” or good deeds. Students, staff and faculty created cards for patients at Texas Children’s Hospital, made sandwiches for the hungry, donated cans to the Houston Food Bank and gave cheek swabs for bone marrow registry service Gift of Life.
