Study
abroad photos on display

The second annual
Study Abroad Photo Contest exhibit is on display at the
Student Center through May 1.

The contest and
exhibit are an avenue for students who have participated
in study abroad programs to relate their experiences.

The winning
photographs also can be viewed online at <www.ruf.rice.edu/~abroad/photos2001/>.

 

Sessions
to offer recycling information
…………………………………………………………………

The Rice Recycles
program is sponsoring two informational sessions for faculty,
staff and students who are interested in learning more about
recycling on campus or becoming a recycling representative
in their college or department.

The Recycling
Certification Program sessions are set for April 26 from
10 am. to noon and May 3 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the lobby of
the MUDD building.

The sessions
will provide an insider’s view of the recycling program.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions
for improving the program.

be served.

Habitat
seeking volunteers with cars

Volunteers with
vehicles are needed April 27 to help the Rice Habitat for
Humanity chapter transport toner cartridges that will be
recycled in exchange for a donation. A
