Providing a window on design and engineering

The students were working on an assignment to design windows for the
new colleges that would offer solutions to energy loss typical in most
windows.

Ann Saterbak, lecturer of bioengineering and director of laboratory
instruction, invited Howard to the class, giving students the
opportunity ask questions and a get a glimpse of the real-world
challenges engineers face and surmount.
