Houston musicians wield loaded chamber

The Foundation for Modern Music is presenting “Loaded Chamber,” a concert of contemporary chamber works, May 13 in the Shepherd School of Music’s Duncan Recital Hall. The concert, which begins at 7:30 p.m., will feature works such as Lou Harrison’s “Concerto for Violin and Percussion Orchestra,” with violinist Angela Fuller from the Houston Symphony; David Lang’s “Cheating, Lying, Stealing”; and Steve Reich’s “Music for Mallet Instruments, Voices and Organ.”
