Rice Readers to explore Tom Wolfe novel in February

Rice Readers will discuss “I Am Charlotte Simmons” by Tom Wolfe at noon Feb. 24 at Brochstein Pavilion.

The novel centers on Charlotte, a naive new student at the prestigious Dupont University. As the semester progresses she finds herself dealing with the temptations of college life and the machinations of Dupont’s aristocratic students.
