The Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies soared into the holiday spirit with a pie competition Thursday. Shannon Raffetto, program coordinator for the Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership, entered a Rice Owl-themed Key lime pie. Though her entry didn't win top honors, it did take the cake with its unique Owl décor.
